SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Coverage / Serviceable Areas

  • Clearly specify whether you offer shipping across India or only to selected pin codes or regions.

  • We currently ship orders all across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Partners

  • Mention the courier partners or types of shipping services used (e.g., standard, express).

  • Orders are shipped via leading courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart etc.. or India Post. Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Clarify if shipping is free or chargeable.

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹40 is applicable.

 

4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

 

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities/towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/rural areas: 5–10 business days

 

6. Delays or Exceptions

  • In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed via email or SMS in such situations.

 

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section of your account.

 

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bookpagely@gmail.com with a photo of the package and order details.
