REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong book

  • The book was damaged during transit

  • The book is missing pages or is unreadable

  • The order was cancelled before shipping

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

​Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You ordered the wrong title by mistake

  • You changed your mind after delivery

  • The book shows minor signs of wear (in case of pre-owned books)

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

 

3. Return Window

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

 

4. Return Process

  • Your order ID A clear photo of the issue (if damaged/wrong item), A brief explanation of the problem

 

5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is verified, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the book back. In such cases, return shipping charges will be reimbursed or waived.

 

 

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

 

7. Exchange Option (if applicable)

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement copy instead of a refund, based on your preference and availability of stock.
